Products containing oil and/or butters will melt during the warmer months. To reincorporate, refrigerate or freeze for a short period of time and re-blend back to desired consistency. The original consistency may have changed but the effectiveness of your product will remain the same.

Lip balms will soften and melt if left in the heat or out in the elements. If you receive a balm that is soft or runny, place upright in a refrigerator or freezer for 30-45 minutes to firm.

Body scrubs may separate if exposed to heat. To reincorporate, simply stir the scrub and allow it to sit and cool before using.

Whipped body butter may melt and/or "deflate" during warmer months. To reincorporate, refrigerate until a nearly solid state and then re-whip to desired consistency. It will gain volume as it whips.
