Shipping policy
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS first class or priority mail, depending on size. International orders will be shipped via USPS first class. All orders will ship within 7-9 days of payment.
* Most of the products available in the shop contain oils and butters that melt or become liquid in the heat. I make every effort to package so that there is no leakage. Products containing oil and/or butters will melt during the hot summer months. To reincorporate, refrigerate or freeze for a short period of time and re-blend back to desired consistency. The original consistency may have changed but the effectiveness of your product will remain the same.
* Lip balms will melt if left in the heat or out in the elements. If you receive a balm that is soft or runny, place upright in a refrigerator or freezer for 30-45 minutes to firm.
* Sugar scrubs may separate if exposed to heat. To reincorporate, simply stir the scrub and allow it to sit and cool before using.
* Whipped body butter may melt and/or "deflate" during warmer months. To reincorporate, refrigerate until a nearly solid state and then re-whip using a hand or stand mixer to desired consistency. It will gain volume as it whips.
